How subscription renewal works

Keeping your Multilogin subscription active is easy! Here’s what you need to know:

• Credit card users (including Apple Pay and Google Pay): subscriptions renew automatically
• Cryptocurrency, VietQR, SberPay, YooMoney users: payments must be made manually via the email link

How to renew a subscription

1. Click “Billing” in the left-side menu

2. You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab
   1. Click “Renew plan” to reactivate your old plan
      
   2. Click “Change plan” to select a new plan
   3. Complete the payment
      

Once a payment is received, your subscription will be activated.
