What start URL does

A start URL is the first page (or pages) that open when you start a browser profile. Think of it as your custom starting point – instead of opening a blank page, you land exactly where you need to be.

• Skip the routine: no need to retype your go-to links each time
• Manage multiple accounts: open login pages for each account at once
• Boost productivity: load email, docs, and tools in one go
• Streamline testing: open multiple URLs side-by-side to compare setups or track changes

You can assign up to 5 custom start URLs per profile.

How to change start URL

1. Go to the “Profiles” tab in the top menu
2. Select “Browser” from the left-side selector
3. Click “Create” or “Edit” to open browser profile settings
4. Find the “Startup behavior” section and choose “Custom”
5. Add one or more URLs – each one will open in its own tab
6. Create or update the profile to save your changes

Can I choose to restore my previous tabs instead?

Yes – find the “Startup behavior” section in your profile settings and choose “Restore”. 

Can I open more than one tab on start?

Yes! Just add multiple URLs – they’ll each open in their own tab.

Can I change this later?

Of course. Edit or remove URLs anytime in the profile settings.

Will start URLs affect my fingerprint or tracking?

Nope. Sites won’t know what tool you’re using thanks to browser security rules.
