How subscription cancellation works

Thinking about canceling? Here’s what to expect:

• Once cancelled, the subscription is deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle
• According to our Terms of Service, your data is stored for three months after your subscription ends

How to cancel a subscription

1. Click “Billing” in the left-side menu
2. You’ll end up on the “Current plan” tab

3. Click “Cancel plan” at the bottom
4. Proceed with further steps to confirm your decision

5. Once confirmed, you’ll get an email confirmation
6. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle
